Our Organic Lemon Myrtle Vodka is a rare infusion of the unique Australian Lemon Myrtle plant and premium organic vodka. Distilled 5 times using organic ingredients this is the Australian alternative to a citrus vodka, except in an incredibly smooth, organic form.
This unusual and exquisite Vodka was awarded at the 2014 Royal Melbourne Fine Foods Competition, Gold at the San Francisco IWSC and Silver at the London IWSC.
Meet the Maker
Made for us by the Hunter Valley Distillery in New South Wales. A small distillery in a well known wine producing region, they insist on using organic ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible using traditional copper pot stills and methods.
Drink it straight from the freezer or mix it up with soda, lemonade, tonic or even ginger beer. If you are a cocktail experimenter, here are some classics it works wonders with:
30mL Organic lemon Myrtle Vodka
30mL Orange & Brandy Liqueur
45mL Cranberry Juice
15mL Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Dash of Orange Bitters - optional
How to Make
1.) Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker
2.) Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
3.) Garnish with Orange Zest Twist
20mL Organic Lemon Myrtle Vodka
60mL Australian Copperwave Gin
10mL Lillet Blanc
