Prepared with the finest Australian natural ginger. On the nose this liqueur is highly perfumed. Very smooth on the palate with, unsurprisingly, a lovely smooth and velvety spicy ginger taste. The combination of sweet and spicy makes an interesting drink. A very pure and natural liqueur best enjoyed straight over ice.
Meet the Maker
Made for us by the Hunter Valley Distillery in New South Wales. A small, locally owned distillery in a region famous for its wines! They insist on using organic ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible using traditional copper pot stills and methods.

Easy to drink over ice. For an interesting take on a 'dirty' Martini, try with your favourite quality vodka. Alternatively, take equal parts ginger liqueur and your favourite bourbon to create a Summer Smash.
The small team at the Hunter Valley Distillery have been kicking goals of late, having secured 5 awards at this years Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards and a Gold and Silver at the San Franciso and London International Wine and Spirit Competition. This liqueur was awarded at this years Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards and we will be experimenting with it in our cocktails!
