Made from a blend of luxury dark chocolate, real Devonshire cream, Apple Brandy and the zest of oranges. When it comes to cream liqueurs this is no mass produced variety. Only the best ingredients are brought together here. The apple brandy is produced locally at the Temperley Farm, themselves recipients of an EU protected designation for their highly regarded Apple Brandy. It reminds me of whacking my Terry's Chocolate Orange Christmas stocking filler, but of course this is somewhat more refined! Perfect over ice at the end of a hard day.
Meet the Maker
Handmade by a small and dedicated team at the Lyme Bay Winery. Nigel Howard, the founder, retired from his banking career to pursue a long held dream to return to his country roots and resurrect traditional recipes with a modern twist. You don't find operations like this very often these days. They forage local forests for fruit and, when nature doesn't quite provide, they grow their own fruit, fermenting, blending and bottling on site. We have developed a direct relationship with the winery and so can now bring a range of their fabulous products for Australia to enjoy!
