We don't need many excuses to liven up our bubbles but we believe these beautiful liqueurs are definitely a good one. We've brought together some of our finest handmade liqueurs which are perfectly suited to adding bursts of floral and fruity flavours to your favourite bubbles. None are overpowering but add lovely and unique flavours, ideal for special occasions and celebrations. Your bubbles will certainly be different!
So what delicious libations have we thoughtfully brought together?
- Raspberry Liqueur: made by the Distillery Botanica in NSW, a stunning example of a raspberry liqueur made using perfectly ripened Tasmanian raspberries. Deliciously fresh and rich.
- Organic Elderflower Liqueur: Hand made in tiny batches in England using hand picked Elderflowers. Notes of peach, passionfruit and pear plus the subtle and distinctive Elderflower flavour shine through. Called the cocktail ingredient of the decade by the New York Times.
- Apricot & Brandy Liqueur: Popular with contemporary craft bartenders as it was in the 1920's. This version uses hand distilled Apple Cider Brandy delivering a subtle taste of soft ripe apricots with a touch of almond. Made using the world's only EU protected Apple Brandy made in Somerset, England as a base.
Buying these in your typical size bottles would normally cost in excess of $200, so this is a wonderful way to try new tastes in a fun and funky stackable bottle!

Best combined with a quality (Australian) Sparkling Wine or Champagne. We like to add about 15mL of liqueur, similar to a Kir Royale but adjust to suit your personal preference. Add the liqueur first and then top up with bubbles and....enjoy!
