Made from Australian Shiraz and cabernet grapes and aged in American oak hogsheads for a minimum of 4 years. Create a lovely balsamic dressing with one of our quality olive oils , mustard and crushed garlic or drizzle over roasted root vegetables.
Meet the Maker
Produced for us by Lirah, a family owned state of the art vinegar facility. Established by Ian and Robyn Henderson in 2003 in rural Queensland. Traditional vinegar usage in Australia has been relatively low, but as with quality olive oils and coffees is increasingly popular. Beloved by a range of Australian chefs (including a few famous ones we cannot name!) this is a fantastic local balsamic.
Quality Balsamic vinegar is a must-have pantry essential - its very versatile. Other than in healthy and delicious salad dressings, you can use it to enhance a range of dishes, from home made soups and risottos, braised dishes, marinating meat and even over strawberries with a quality ice cream.
