Meet the Maker
Handmade by a small and dedicated team at the Lyme Bay Winery. Nigel Howard, the founder, retired from his banking career to pursue a long held dream to return to his country roots and resurrect traditional recipes with a modern twist. You don't find operations like this very often these days. They forage local forests for fruit and, when nature doesn't quite provide, they grow their own fruit, fermenting, blending and bottling on site. We have developed a direct relationship with the winery and so can now bring a range of their fantastic products for Australia to enjoy!
