The bramble (Scottish Blackberries) vinegar hails from Perthshire, Scotland where the climate produces exquisite berries. It's a simple and perfectly balanced recipe that goes exceptionally well with the premium Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The oil hails for the Toscana Olive Grove in the Grampians, Victoria and is a full bodied medium olive oil, best used as a table or finishing olive oil. It displays fruity olive characteristics, with a subtle hint of pepper and an overall smooth mouth feel.
