We've combined our fantastic Golden Orange Balsamic Vinegar with our Australian premium Single Estate Olive Oil in our beautiful Yin and Yang bottles. Wrapped together with natural raffia both the oil and the vinegar are created at the Toscana Olive grove in the Grampian region, Victoria. Toscana Olives has worked with Chef Peter Nicholson, who specially crafted this vinegar to specifically complement this olive oil. The vinegar is named golden orange caramelised balsamic because its two main ingredients are Australian oranges and golden syrup (for the caramelisation). It is a sweet, fruity vinegar with subtle spice flavours and is not too strong on the palate. A beautiful combination with premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil on salads, with rich meats such as duck and even strawberries and ice cream. Together this beautiful combination will produce a twist on the classic balsamic salad dressing in a bottle pair that look elegant and quite unusual. Perfect for BBQ season!
The Toscana Olive grove is one of the oldest groves in Australia with the trees originally planted in 1943.
