We've combined our handmade Apple Vinegar, made with all natural ingredients, with our Single Estate Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil in two of our Ducale 200mL bottles, joined with natural raffia. Together these can be used to produce a fresh, healthy salad dressing or even together to produce a lovely dipping combination, perfect with fresh crusty bread.
The Apple Vinegar hails from Perthshire, Scotland. It's a simple and perfectly balanced recipe that goes exceptionally well with the premium Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The oil hails from the small family owned Racalia Estate in Sicily, Italy. Decidedly fruity and nutty in flavour but certainly something special, on the nose it smells of freshly cut grass with hints of tomato and ground pepper with a distinct peppery quality - a sign of a quality oil. All our oils are stored in temperature controlled environment and topped with argon to avoid oxidation - poor storage is Olive Oil's worst enemy!
